FUNDRAISERS ARE HERE TO HELP!!! MWTBC offers many fundraisers throughout the year to help you build your child's meet fee account while also helping you to fulfill your general fund obligation.
Most fundraisers offer a 50/50 split. The profit earned is split and deposited into your child's meet fee account and general fund account.
*Each family must contribute their financial obligation to the general fund as follows: $150 for compulsory level 4-6 $200 for optionals level 7-10 $50 for each additional competing gymnast family member

**Chairpersons receive a $35.00 incentive for chairing a fundraiser. This money will be deposited into your child's meet fee account upon completion of the event. If you are interested in chairing any of the fundraisers, please contact a MWTBC board member for availability

Anyone interested in chairing any of the fundraisers listed above may contact anyboard member for information and availablity. All Chairpersons will receive $35 in their meet fee account at the end of a successful fundraiser, event earns between $100 - $200.
All fundraiser ideas welcome. Please present in writing the cost, profit and availability of the fundraiser to the MWTBC board.
Orders are due every Thursday by 7 pm at the Oak Creek gym.
A percentage per dollar spent will be credited back to your child's meet fee account and the general fund. **PERFECT GIFTS FOR ANY OCCASSION.
Note: Kohl's gift card can be used toward Kohl's charge bill.
We now have Woodman's gift cards. They can be purchased in either $50 or $100 amounts. The % is 5% to be split between your meet fee account and the general fund.
